How to create a shipment through SEND?





STEP 1 - CONFIRMED INVENTORY TO SEND


STEP 1 (a) 


Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account. Under the <Shipments> dropdown tab select “Send to Amazon”.



STEP 1 (b)


Please make sure the “Ship from” address has to be an Indian Address and the “Marketplace Destination” has to be the United States. The box has to be ticked for “I want to ship with an Amazon-partnered carrier”.


STEP 1 (c)


Select the SKUs as per your shipment requirements. Click on “Ready to pack”


Select “Pack Individual Units”


STEP 2 - PACK INDIVIDUAL UNITS


STEP 2 (a) 

There are 2 cases that you have to decide and proceed accordingly.


Case 1

 
If the shipment will fit in one box then select “Everything will fit in one box” and please mention the dimensions and weight of the box. 
  



Once the dimensions are mentioned click on confirm packing information.

Case 2

If there is more than 1 box please select “Multiple boxes will be needed” and click on Confirm.
*In Packing information for multiple boxes if the cargo is less than 10 boxes opt for it through a web form if it is more than 10 boxes opt for Upload Excel file, download the file fill the details, and upload. 



                               


Once the details are filled click on confirm and continue.

Step 2: Confirm Shipping:

Please select the Mode of transportation “AIR
                     
 


The next step is to select the Inbound placement service. There are 3 different options:

Amazon-Optimized shipment splits :

You will not pay any placement service fee and the cargo gets split into 5 different warehouses, across the USA



                           
 



Partial Shipment Splits :


You will pay a nominal placement service fee and you can select the regions from East, West, and Central, and the cargo gets split into 3 different warehouses within the chosen region.
 

       

Minimal Shipment splits:

You will pay a placement service fee and you can select the regions from East, West, Central and Cargo will be assigned to a single warehouse. Keeping in mind the pricing and timeline, we suggest you to select a Minimal shipment with a single warehouse


  



Confirm Shipping cost


Now please select the pickup date and select shipping service Pick up or Drop off,
i) Selecting the pickup option and seeing the Xhipment displayed on the seller central platform indicates that your pincode is eligible for service.
ii) If you choose the drop-off option and find the Xhipment, you must bring the cargo to our warehouse. Our team will provide you with the address.




After selecting the shipping service please click on Get shipping cost. You can now view the estimated quote. Please select Xhipment and click "Continue" to proceed to the shipping parties.




Please enter your GST details. Ensure that you provide the correct information, as the invoice will be issued to the specified entity Please provide the company name, contact details, and email address of the person who will handle the documentation process and be available during the pickup. 



                 



At the bottom please mention the product category in the commodity description please select the pickup slot, Declare the value of the shipment in USD, and save the shipment.




Once all the details are provided please tick the check box mentioning I agree to all the terms and conditions and click on accept charges and confirm shipping.



Once the booking has been placed you will receive a confirmation mail from Xhipment. Our team will reach out to you shortly.
